New show for Glasgow International Comedy Festival 2020

I'm bringing a new work in progress show to Glasgow's glittering State Bar on Friday 20th March, 2020 as part of the Glasgow International Comedy Festival. It's called (for now) Come See What Papa's Cookin', as I was in mischievous form when I filled out the application.

Article about Peep Show for The Skinny

The Skinny asked me to write an article about a comedy show for their regular feature ICYMI (In Case You Missed It). I chose to write about Peep Show, and some of the reasons why I think it's amazing.

You can read the article in this month's magazine, or online here.

Re: Edinburgh Fringe

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who came to 'Mr. November'. I had an amazing time this Festival, far surpassing any expectations I had.

I was lucky to get to play to full rooms every day and have some nice things written about me. When you combine this with the sheer amount of chips I was eating each day it really adds up to a pleasant experience.

"McPherson is a highly engaging storyteller and, like any good comic, it very much feels like it’s only you in the room with him. What sets McPherson apart as a performer is there’s yet to be anyone else to explore the pain that comes with being a ‘millenial’ with quite so much accuracy and intimacy."

Sanjeev Kohli's Big Talk

Edinburgh Fringe

Equal parts thrilled and terrified to announce I am performing my debut show at the Fringe this year with the wonderful Monkey Barrel Comedy. See you there, suckers. This is the poster, designed by Kit McMurdo-Schad

Scot Squad Series 5

Scot Squad is back tomorrow night on the new BBC Scotland channel! I reprise my role as online investigator Archie Pepper. It's a really fun show to be a part of and you can see below that between the last series and now we won a BAFTA. I am the one standing at the side looking kinda awkward like that photo of Ashley Cole when he played for Roma.
